The braai

Grilled meat off the Food Zone counter on the main floor, pap on the side. What's on the fire changes night to night, so there's nothing to print — ask the counter what's going tonight.

The bar

Fully licensed. Standard spirits, beer and mixers, the venue's own signature cocktails, and bottle service at the VIP tables when the night calls for it.

Catering

Platters and plated meals for special events, and for private-event tables on request — birthdays, showers, corporate nights. Built around the booking, not ordered off a menu.See private events.

The catering platters

Function food, from the venue's own kitchen. This is what goes out to the tables at a private booking, not a nightly menu.

  • A Black Diamond braai board: cubes of grilled beef, chargrilled chicken wings and hot chips on a wooden tray.
  • A Black Diamond catering platter: grilled chicken pieces and wings, crumbed jalapeño poppers, potato wedges and a tub of dip, garnished with rosemary.
  • A Black Diamond catering platter: crumbed jalapeño poppers, sticky glazed meatballs, grilled chicken and cheese sticks around a tub of dip.
  • A Black Diamond catering platter: cheese sticks, crumbed nuggets, mini corn dogs and a tub of dip, with strips of red, green and yellow pepper.
  • A Black Diamond catering platter: spring rolls, potato wedges, crumbed bites and frittata, dressed with pepper strips and rosemary.
