Black Diamond

Private events

Take a room. Make it yours.

Three spaces, hired whole, for the nights that are yours and not the club's — with the decor done for you if you want it. The capacities below are approximate; the venue sizes each event to the space and confirms the rest.

The Main Room

The full main floor — the space reviewers call spacious, with the sound rig and lighting that run the weekend — configured for your crowd instead of the club's.

Approx. 300–450 club-style · fewer seated at tables

The VIP Lounge

The raised VIP lounge, behind its own balustrade, looking over the floor — your party above the room with the club still running beneath it.

Approx. 50–100

The Food Zone

Food from the Food Zone counter on the main floor and the fully licensed bar beside the night — the casual end of a takeover, and the easiest way to put on a crowd that came to eat first.

Approx. 30–60

Occasions and styling

Birthdays, baby showers, Valentine's dinners, corporate takeovers — the venue does the decor for you when you ask. Balloon installs, themed table settings, a backdrop for photos, plated meals or platters for the tables. Tell them the occasion and the look you want in the enquiry.

Minimum spend and packages

Minimum spend is not publicised — it is set per space and per date. The same goes for styling and catering packages: they are built around your event rather than picked off a list. Send your date, guest count and the occasion, and the club comes back with the number and what it covers.
